FOR THE BEETS:
2 cans whole beets, cubed (raw beets may be used but adjust the time accordingly)
1 red onion, diced
2 tsp of The Olive Bin's Orange Olive Oil
2 tsp of The Olive Bin's Strawberry Dark Balsamic Vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp each cinnamon, cumin, turmeric
salt and pepper to taste
FOR THE DRESSING:
1/2 C natural whole yogurt
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 T of The Olive Bin's Orange Olive Oil
1/2 clove garlic, crushed
salt and pepper to taste
