Spicy Sweet Roasted Yams

Preheat oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Peel and chop the yams into 1-inch cubes. Add to a mixing bowl, along with the balsamic, olive oil and sea salt. Toss to coat evenly in the oil and vinegar mixture. Spread the yams in a single layer on the baking sheet. Drizzle with any extra oil and vinegar from the bowl. Place in preheated oven and roast for 18-20 minutes, until fork tender and caramelized.

2 medium yams 

1/4 C of The Olive Bin's Pomegranate Dark Balsamic  

2 T of The Olive Bin's Harissa Infused Olive Oil 

1 tsp sea salt  

Directions
