Zucchini with Golden Raisins & Pecans

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add zucchini slices and cook for 5-6 minutes until slightly translucent and beginning to brown. Stir in golden raisins and chopped pecans, then sprinkle with Hickory Smoked Sea Salt. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld beautifully.

½ C golden raisins

¼ C pecans, chopped

1 t Salt Sisters Hickory Smoked Sea Salt
